Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lake Roots Apothecary (lakerootsapothecary.com). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We primarily ship via standard domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • This email will contain your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

4. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Lake Roots Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping Policy

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
